Firms gear up for marine trade

Companies in Caithness are starting to gear up to service the new trade expected to flow from the first round of licensing marine turbines in the Pentland Firth. Speaking at the first of two seminars held to promote the opportunities, Highlands and Islands Enterprise's Louise Smith said a number of local firms have already planned to service the new offshore activity.
